"Start Page" looks bad after minimizing and opening the window again on macOS

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open UGENE. Make the window wide enough.
        Expected state: the "Start Page" is shown.
      2. Minimize the window.
      3. Click on the UGENE icon in the Dock (at the bottom).
        Current state: the "Start Page" looks bad, there is white space, see the attached screenshot.

      Probably, the issue appeared after merging branches Qt 5.7 and master.

      Fix this issue.
