      Description

      Remove a context menu with "Add plugin" and "Remove plugin" items in the "Plugin Viewer" window.

      This feature does not work as expected after UGENE-6215.

      In future if it is required to add/remove a plugin, corresponding files should be put into the UGENE bundle, and the program should be restarted.
