Empty dashboard content in case of two WD windows

Scenario:

1. Open the WD.
2. Run a workflow (e.g. "Align sequences with MUSCLE" with "COI.aln" input file).
   Expected result: a dashboard tab for the workflow run is created.
3. Open the WD again (so that a new tab is opened in UGENE).
4. Run a workflow (e.g. the same one as on step 2).
   Expected result:
   • Another dashboard tab for the workflow run is created. It should be available in both WD windows.
   • There is a dashboard tab for the workflow run from step 2.
5. Open the first window tab, opened on step 1.
   Expected result: there are dashboard tabs for workflow runs from steps 2 and 4.
   Current result: dashboard for workflow run from step 2 in empty on Windows (there is a white space).
