39 characters sequence name limit when exporting it to the alignment

A sequence name length is limited to 39 characters as the result of the "Export sequences as alignment" task.

Scenario:

1. Open any sequence and rename it in the project view with the name, which length is more then 39 characters.
2. Export this sequence as an alignment
   Expected result: the sequence name was exported fully.
   Current result: the sequence name was limited to 39 characters.
