      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open Sequence View for "murine.gb".
      2. Select the first "CDS" annotation.
      3. Open "Edit Annotation" dialog.
        Expected result: there is no "Save annotation(s) to" group in the dialog.
        Current result: there is an empty "Save annotation(s) to" group, see the screenshot.
