      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Install UGENE from ppa.
      2. Remove "data" subfolder from the UGENE installation folder.
      3. Run UGENE.
      4. Map Sanger reads to reference.
        Current result: the error message will appear: "Failed to create output directory: %1".
