"Configure Trimmomatic Steps" dialog is not redrawn after user's actions.
Scenario 1:
- Add steps "HEADCROP" and "CROP".
- Select "CROP" step in the list.
- Click "up arrow" button.
Expected result: "CROP" step is moved up, "HEADCROP" is moved to the second place.
Current result: it looks like nothing changed. If you click to the first step, you'll see two "CROP" steps, both of them are selected (see the attached screenshot). If you switch to another application and return to the UGENE, the dialog will update, but it still will be not redrawn after actions.
Scenario 2:
- Add several steps.
- Remove all steps.
Current result: there are visual artifacts in the "Step settings" widget. Also, the "remove" button looks like it is pressed. See the attached screenshot.
