It's impossible to select annotations in the Circular View if they contain the junction point

Scenario:

1. Open any sequence
2. Mark this sequence as "Circular" in the project view
3. Create an annotation that contains the junction point.
4. Click on this annotation in the circular view.
   Expected result: the annotation was selected.
   Current result: the annotation was not selected.
