If there is a read in a FASTQ file with CASAVA info in the header and there is a read without this info like that:
@some_header 1:N:0:ACAGTG CCCCTGTGGGGTGTGTAGCCAGCATCTCTCAGCCCTGCCTGTCACCCAAAATGCTGAATACTTTCCTGGGTCTGTTTTGTGATCCGATAATTCATGATGAC + CCCFFFFFHHHCFGHIIJJJJJIJJJJJJJJJJJJJIJJJJJJJJJJJJJJIJJJJIJJHHHHHHFFFFFCEEECCCDDDDDEEDDDDDDDEEDEDDDDED @EAS54_6_R1_2_1_413_324 CCCTTCTTGTCTTCAGCGTTTCTCC + ;;3;;;;;;;;;;;;7;;;;;;;88
then after processing of the file with "CASAVA FASTQ Filter" worker (from "NGS: Basic Functions" group), header of the second read is modified - the info is added to it.
@some_header 1:N:0:ACAGTG CCCCTGTGGGGTGTGTAGCCAGCATCTCTCAGCCCTGCCTGTCACCCAAAATGCTGAATACTTTCCTGGGTCTGTTTTGTGATCCGATAATTCATGATGAC + CCCFFFFFHHHCFGHIIJJJJJIJJJJJJJJJJJJJIJJJJJJJJJJJJJJIJJJJIJJHHHHHHFFFFFCEEECCCDDDDDEEDDDDDDDEEDEDDDDED @EAS54_6_R1_2_1_413_324 1:N:0:ACAGTG CCCTTCTTGTCTTCAGCGTTTCTCC + ;;3;;;;;;;;;;;;7;;;;;;;88
