1.32.0-dev-linux-x86_64-r - blinking after open the 3-d structure

Testing 1.32.0-dev-linux-x86_64-r on remote machine (cuda) shos the following drawing effect:
1) Open and draw any not 3-d file is ok
2) Open 3-d structure leads to blinking
3) After 2) all other files are blinking while drawing too
