Selecting a BLAST database

Currently both in the BLAST Search and BLAST+ Search dialogs there are two fields to specify the BLAST database: "Select database path" and "Base name for BLAST DB files".
This is very hard to use because a user needs to remember the base name - there is even no way to see the database files from UGENE.

This should be modified in the following way:
1. There should be three fields instead of these two. The fields are:

• "Select a BLAST database file:"
• "Database path:"
• "Database name:"
  2. The user should be allowed to select any of the BLAST database file. The database path and the database name should be calculated from the selected file. These values should appear in the other two fields.

Maybe an option to edit the database path and name should also be provided .
