Hanging on "Retrieving meta information from remote repository" and update of the installers

A user reported that UGENE online installer 1.32 on macOS hangs. The following message is shown:

Retrieving meta information from remote repository...

Currently we use version 3.0.3 of the Qt Installer Framework. It seems that an update to the latest version 3.0.6 may solve the issue, see the changelog:

3.0.5
Decrease metadata dowload amount (QTIFW-975)

So, it is required to:

• Update the installer on all systems: Windows, Linux 32-bit, Linux 64-bit, macOS.
• Create the corresponding test repositories.
• Test the updated installers.
• Modify the real repositories (this can be done between the UGENE releases).
• Test the installers with real repositories again.
