UGENECL item from the Start menu on Windows is not executable

      Description

      1. Download and install UGENE on Windows.
        Expected result: there are two items in the "Start" menu.
      2. Try to run UGENECL.
        Current result: UGENECL item is wrongly formatted as the "Program Files" folder contains a space character. So, when you try to run UGENECL item, cmd tool windows is opened with an error: 
        'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
