      Description

      There is an "Command" field at the last page of the "Create Element with Command Line Tool" dialog. There are some special characters used for UGENE purposes, but a user should also be able to specify them in the execution string in the user's purposes.

      Support escaping of the following special characters: '%', '$', '\'. If they are not escaped, they should be parsed in UGENE purposes.
