An annotation table object can be associated with a sequence opened in the Sequence View and as a reference sequence in the Assembly Browser.
It is currently not possible to edit annotations in the Assembly Browser, but the annotations can be edited in the Sequence View. The corresponding views in the Assembly Browser (i.e. Annotations Tree View, Annotations Zoom View) should be updated immediately after the editing.
