Remove annotations when a reference sequence is changed or removed in the Assembly Browser

When one sets another reference sequence in the Assembly Browser or just removes the current one, the annotations (if any) should be removed.

In particular, remove the annotations from the corresponding views: Annotations Zoom View, Annotations Tree View.
