"Command" of an element with command-line tool is not saved on editing

Scenario:
For an element with the command-line tool open the "Configure Element with Command Line Tool" wizard, modify the command that runs the external tool, and apply the changes.

Currently, the modification is not saved into the corresponding *.etc file. So, when the wizard is reopened, the previous command is shown there.
