Concatenation of queries for BLAST+

BLAST+ is optimized for processing several queries simultaneously (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK279668/#usermanual.Concatenation_of_queries). UGENE launches BLAST+ for each query sequence in the following cases:

• when BLAST+ is launched from the "Tools" menu and a file with multiple sequences is input
• when BLAST+ element in the Workflow Designer is used and multiple sequences are input

In case of many short query sequences it will cause a performance hit.
