      Description

      It is a workaround for UGENE-6497. Since the correct fix supposes the workflow parser major changes, which are inappropriate before the nearest release, a simple but incorrect fix should be done: double quotes should be replaced with single quotes in the "Command" field in "Configure Element with External Tool" wizard.
