Tools IDs for supported and custom external tools

      Description

      All supported external tools should have IDs. See the attached document with the list of IDs.

      Custom external tools should also have IDs. The ID must be specified in the tool *.xml config file (ugeneExternalToolConfig) with an XML tag "id".

      Duplicate IDs (taking into account both supported and external tools) are not allowed.
