Crash if select new created annotation group in Assembly Annotation Tree

Scenario:

1. Load chrM.fa from Data/Samples/Assembly
2. Add 2 new annotations
3. Load chrM.sorted.ugenegb from Data/Samples/Assembly
4. Drag and drop sequence chrM.fa on assembly view for chrM.sorted.ugenegb
5. Expand appeared annotation group with two annotations
6. Set cursor on reference and call popup menu
7. Select "Set reference" menu item
8. Second annotation group appears in the Assembly Annotation Tree
9. Expand and select second group
