      Description

      Add possibility to input new lines for input/output ports and parameters on the "Input data", "Parameters" and "Output data" pages of the "Configure Element with External Tools" wizard using "Insert" hotkey.
      Also "Delete" hotkey should work for deleting a port/parameter when a row in the table is selected.
