No response from NCBI BLAST search algorithm

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Load "data/samples/fasta/human_T1.fa" sequence.
      2. Select "Analyze->Query NCBI BLAST database..." in the SV context menu.
      3. Click "Search" in th "Seach Through Remote Database" dialog.
        Expected state: Any search report
        Actual state: 
        [ERROR][12:20] Task {RemoteBLASTTask} finished with error: Database couldn't prepare the response. You can increase timeout and perform search again.

        Increasing the timeout by 10 times gives the same result.
