Open the attached file in UGENE. The file contains text (">seq") like a header in FASTA format and text as a sequence ("ACGTACGTAC"), but there is no a new line character between the "header" and the "sequence", so the data can't be interpreted as a valid FASTA format.
Currently, a notification with the following message is pop up:
'Load document: 'test.fa'' task failed: Document is empty.
The message is not clear. The following message should be shown instead:
File "test.fa" can't be opened: a FASTA header is found in the file, but no sequence data are provided.
