Border and contrast for the selected region in an alignment

Improve appearance of selected region in the Alignment Editor:

• Make the selection border the same as in the SV (see the screenshots).
• Make colors of a selected region a little bit richer than the rest of the alignment (see e.g. how the annotations change color in the SV).
