Kalign and Muscle alignment doesn't work when run in workflow in separate process

      Description

      1. In settings, set checkbox "Workflow Designer" — "Run tasks in separate process"
      2. Open samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln
      3. Do context menu "Align" — "Align with Kalign"

      Result: separate UGENE process crashed, and loading of result failed:

[ERROR][16:42:26] Task {KAlign align 'COI.aln'} finished with error:
