Do not show online installer twice on Linux

      Description

      Currently, an online installer can be started several times on Linux. There was a similar problem on Windows (see UGENE-6571), but on Linux the installer doesn't hang.

      Fix the issue as described in the scenario in the comments to UGENE-6571.
