      Description

      Currently, a boolean parameter of a WD custom element with external tool can have values "True" or "False".

      It doesn't make sense as a common scenario for using a boolean argument in a command is presence or absence of some parameter, e.g. "--ignore-case".

      Improve configuration of a "Boolean" parameter.
