Gaps in area where there are no Sanger reads

      Description

      Regions without reads shouldn't be considered as gaps. Thus, statistics about a column shouldn't contain info about gaps in this case as on the screenshot.

      Also, threshold for "Simple extended" algorithm shouldn't take into account these empty region. For example, on the screenshot there should be "Y" in the consensus as the "Threshold" is set to "80%". It should be "C" only if "Threshold" is < 67% (i.e. 100% - (1/3)* 100%).
