Incorrect "Simple extended" consensus calculation in case of changing "Threshold"

      Description

      When there are three equal characters in a column in the Sanger Reads Editor and one another character (e.g. AAAT), the consensus should contain A only if "Threshold" is < 75%. Currently it contains A if "Threshold"=87%.
