"Show on translation" does not make sense when translations are hidden

Scenario:

1. Open a nucleotide sequence with a "CDS" annotation (e.g. "murine.gb").
   Expected result: 1) Amino acid translations are hidden in the Details View. 2) the CDS annotation is shown on the nucleotide sequence.
2. Open the "Annotations Highlighting" tab on the options panel.
   Current result: "Show on translation" is checked and enabled.

The checkbox should be unchecked and disabled as translations are hidden. It should be enabled again in case "Show/hide amino acid translation" is set to some value except "Do not translate".
