"Additional Information" isn't updated if the imported tool has broken dependencies

Scenario:

1. Repeat the scenario from UGENE-6594.
2. Click on the imported tool.
   Expected result: "Additional Information" contains a warning: "External tool 'My custom tool' cannot be validated as it depends on other tools, some of which are not valid. The list of tools is the following: perl"
   Current result: there is no above-mentioned warning message in the "Additional Information" field.
