Incorrect "Additional information" visualization for a custom tool

Scenario:

1. Download both attached files and put them into the same location.
2. Open the "External Tools" page in the "Application Settings" dialog.
3. Import the "custom_with_perl_dependency.xml" tool. Select the tool.
4. Look at the "Additional Information" field.
   Expected result:

   This is the description!
   The string after the eol
