A few issues related to circular DNAs

I've come across the following issues with circular DNAs:

• When searching for a sequence, if it is present and goes through the start coordinate then only the part before (for a "sense" strand hit) or after (for a "complementary" strand hit) the start coordinate is reported/highlighted.

• When selecting annotations or sequence regions going through the start coordinate, the statistics tab shows the properties of the part before (for a "sense" strand selection) or after (for a "complementary" strand selection) the start coordinate, and not of the whole annotation/selection.
