      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open an alignment.
      2. Select a region.
      3. Shift it to the right and back to the same location to the left (without releasing the mouse button).
        Expected result: the alignment is the same. The "Undo" button is disabled.
        Actual result: the alignment is the same, but the "Undo" button is enabled.
