SAFE_POINT when searching with regular expression

Scenario:

1. Open data/samples/human_T1.fa.
2. Open the "Seach in sequence" tab on the options panel.
3. Select "Regular expression" algorithm.
4. Select Russian language keyboard.
5. Press any Russian letter in the "Search for:" field.
   Expected result: the search is not initiated. The field is highlighted in red, there is a warning in orange on the same tab:

   Warning: the input regular expression is invalid!
   

   Actual result: the SAFE_POINT is triggered:
