Quality values are not reversed when a read is reversed

MultipleChromatogramAlignment calls the "reverse" function from QByteArray and the chromatogram. But, the "reverse" function from DNASequence and the chromatogram should be called. But, as far as I remember, there is no "reverse" function in DNASequence , so it should be written.
