ClustalW does not work on macOS Catalina v. 10.15.3

Scenario:

1. Open an alignment (e.g. "COI.aln").
2. Select "Actions > Align > Align with ClustalW" in the main menu.
   Expected result: "Align with ClustalW" dialog is opened.
3. Click "Align" button in the dialog.
   Expected result: the task has finished successfully.
   Actual result: there is an error notification.
