Wrong selection in the collapsing mode

Scenario:

1. Open "COI.aln".
2. Switch on the collapsing mode.
     Expected result: there is one collapsing group: "Mecopoda_elongata_IshigakiJ" is the first  sequence the in collapsed group, "Mecopoda_elongataSumatra" is the second one.
3. Select any region in "Mecopoda_elongata_Sumatra" e.g. 5..10.
4. Switch off the collapsing mode.
   Expected result: region 5..10 is selected in both sequences.
     Actual result: rows are selected instead.
