      Description

Since UGENE v.34 rows in an alignment are collapsed when characters in the sequences are the same. The gap models may be different.

Thus, when a collapsed group is edited, a column may contain different characters/gaps. If such column is deleted, the sequences are not the same anymore and the modified sequences may be automatically excluded from the group.

The problem is that selection remains at the same location in this case, it is not kept on the sequence excluded from the group, but is determined base on the same row number.
