Change color of status bar in the Alignment Editor and the SRE

Scenario:

1. Open "COI.aln".
2. Expected result: status bar has inner color {219, 219, 219} and border color {185, 185, 185} in RGB model.
   Actual result: status bar has default colors and doesn't have border at all.
