Scenario:
- Open WD.
- Go to the "Samples" tab.
- Choose the "De novo assemble Illumina SE reads" sample.
Expected result: a wizard is opened. - Click "Next" twice.
Expected result: the "SPAdes settings" tab is opened. This tab contains the all parameters which contains the "Assemble Reads with SPAdes" element.
Actual result: the "SPAdes settings" tab is opened. The "Input data" parameter isn't exist on the tab. - Click "Next" abd "Apply".
- Click on the "Assemble Reads with SPAdes" element.
- Click on the value of the "Input data" parameter and then on the button with the "..." sign to open the "Configure SPAdes Input Type" dialog.
Expected result: "Sequencing platform" value is "Illumina".
Actual result: "Sequencing platform" value is empty. - Check the "Paired-end reads" checkbox and click OK.
- Open the "Configure SPAdes Input Type" dialog again.
Expected result: the dialog was opened with the previous settings.
Actual result: SAFE_POINT appears.
This problem could be reproducible also for "De novo assemble Illumina PE reads" and "De novo assemble Illumina PE and Nanopore reads" and other workflows with the "Assemble Reads with SPAdes" element, so it's necessary to check them all.
