Sanger reads are not aligned among each other if there is no reference sequecne data

Scenario:

1. Select "Tools" -> "Sanger data analysis" -> "Map reads to reference..." in the main menu.
2. Set "_common_data/sanger/reference_2160_3230.fa" as reference.
3. Add "_common_data/sanger/sanger_02.ab1" and "_common_data/sanger/sanger_10.ab1".
4. Accept the dialog.
   Actual state: reads have data that is placed to the left of the reference start. These left parts are no aligned among each other, but sometimes they could be aligned easily.
