      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the WD.
      2. Setup and run a workflow (for example, "Reads quality control").
      3. Delete %workflkow_output% folder.
      4. Run the workflow again.
        Actual result: there is an error in the log: 
        Can not create report/ folder

        Expected result: the workflow executes without errors.
