Error messages after installing UGENE without deleting *.ini file

Scenario:

1. Install UGENE into any folder.
2. Uninstall UGENE.
3. Don't remove the *.ini file.
4. Install UGENE into another folder in "Program Files".
   Actual result: There are many errors in log file:

   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'CASAVA FASTQ filter.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'FASTQ Trimmer.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'LinkData Fetch.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'QualityFilter.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'Read one sequence.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'Get the first half of sequence.usa' doesn't exists
   [ERROR][17:19] Failed to load sample: The included file 'LengthMarker.usa' doesn't exists
   

5. Open "Workflow Designer" in the "Application Settings" dialog.
   Actual result: in the "Directory for custom elements with scripts" field we can see path to the nonexistent folder from the previous installation.
