Modify "Edit" menu in the SV

In UGENE v.33 there is:

• "Edit" menu in the "Actions" main menu and in the context menu (see the screenshot),
• "Edit" button on the Details View left toolbar that enables the editing mode in the Details View.

It is required to do refactoring of the menu as follows:

• Add a checkable item "Switch on the editing mode" to the menu. The item icon should be the same as on the Details View toolbar. The item should be synchronized with the button on the toolbar.
• Rename the items, add additional separators so that the menu is the following:
  • Switch on the editing mode
  • Annotation settings on editing...
  • ----------------------- (separator)
  • Insert subsequence...
  • Replace subsequence...
  • Remove subsequence...
  • ----------------------- (separator)
  • Replace the whole sequence by
    • Complementary (5'-3') sequence
    • ----------------------- (separator)
    • Complementary (3'-5') sequence
    • Reverse (3'-5') sequence
• The items should be available for nucleotide alphabet only, for an amino acid sequence the menu should be the same beside the last sub-menu, that is:
  • Switch on the editing mode
  • Annotation settings on editing...
  • ----------------------- (separator)
  • Insert subsequence...
  • Replace subsequence...
  • Remove subsequence...
• On Russian items in the "Edit" menu ("Редактирование" menu) should be the following:
  • Включить режим редактирования
  • Настройки аннотаций при редактировании последовательности...
  • ----------------------- (separator)
  • Вставить участок...
  • Заменить участок...
  • Удалить участок...
  • ----------------------- (separator)
  • Заменить всю последовательность на
    • Комплементарную (5'-3')
    • ----------------------- (separator)
    • Комплементарную (3'-5')
    • Прочитанную в обратном направлении (3'-5')
