Improve "Go to Position" dialog in the SV

The dialog is currently called "Go to". It is available:

• by selecting item "Actions > Go to position" in the main menu
• by selecting "Go to position" item in the context menu
• using Ctrl/Cmd+G hotkey

The dialog should be improved as follows:

• Rename it to "Go to Position"
• The minimum dialog width should be increased.
• Use standard buttons layout. There should be three buttons: "Go!", "Cancel", "Help".
• "Position" label should be left-aligned.
• The edit field should be resized to fit the current width of the dialog.
• Please add the Russian translation in advance.
