Use one parameter to specify a project file

In the current UGENE version 34 a user has to specify two parameters per project file (a folder and a file name), see dialogs "Create New Project", "Save project as", "Export Project".

It is required to replace these parameter with a single parameter that specifies a full path to the project file.

The following modifications should be done in the GUI:

1. In the "Create New Project" dialog:
   • There should be parameters: "Project name" and "Save project to file".
2. In the "Save project as":
   • Rename the dialog to "Save Project".
   • There should be parameters: "Project name" and "Save project to file".
3. In the "Export Project" dialog:
   • There should be parameter "Export project to file".
