      Description

      When UGENE is installed using an online installer, the program is later can be updated using the "setup" executable file in the UGENE installation folder, the installer executable file is not needed anymore.

      Currently, "UgeneInstaller" file is also stored there. See e.g. a screenshot from macOS.

      The issue should be fixed on Windows, macOS and Linux.
