Major Add a new button "Add annotations to reference" button to the Assembly Browser toolbar. It should be placed after the "Set reference" button and separated by the "Export assembly region" with the standard separator.
Use the attached image "add_annotations_to_reference.png" to show on the button. GIMP file "add_annotations_to_reference.xcf" used to create the icon is also attached.
